Attorney Erin Fisher, a Loyola Law School graduate, combines discipline, integrity, and strategic problem-solving in every case she handles. Before practicing law, Ms. Fisher honorably served in the United States military, an experience that shaped her tenacious advocacy and unwavering commitment to justice.

Attorney Erin Fisher, personal injury and family law attorney in New Orleans

Erin Fisher
Founder, Managing Partner

Attorney Erin A. Fisher, is a proud graduate of Loyola School of Law. Before transitioning into law, Ms. Fisher served honorably in the United States military, bringing a disciplined and strategic approach to her legal practice. Her background in service instills a strong sense of integrity and dedication in every case handled.

Ms. Fisher is experienced in a broad spectrum of legal matters, including serious personal injury cases, complex divorce and custody disputes, adoptions, drafting and litigating estates, Hurricane damage cases, and contract disputes. With extensive courtroom experience, Ms. Fisher is adept at both litigation and negotiation, always striving for the best possible outcome for her clients.

As a local New Orleans native, Ms. Fisher has deep roots in the community and a genuine understanding of its unique legal landscape. Ms. Fisher earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of New Orleans in 2005, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School in 2010.
Ms. Fisher is licensed to practice in all Federal and State Courts in the State of Louisiana. Ms. Fisher is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Jefferson Parish Bar Association. 

Brianna Brewer

Paralegal

Brianna Brewer is a 2026 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Brianna distinguished herself through academic achievement, advocacy, and professional development. She consistently ranked among the top students in her class, earned multiple Law Excellence Awards, completed specialized training in divorce and mediation, was selected for membership into Loyola’s Trial Advocacy Team, and is a member of two prestigious legal honor societies. Her accomplishments reflect her commitment to academic excellence, advocacy, and the legal profession.

Brianna’s legal experience began well before law school. She entered the legal field in 2018, working alongside Attorney Erin A. Fisher and the now Honorable Jacqueline F. Maloney. Over the years, she has gained substantial hands-on experience across a wide range of legal matters, developing an understanding of not only the law itself, but also the practical realities of litigation, client advocacy, and navigating complex legal issues.

Before attending law school, Brianna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2021. Her background in psychology and criminal justice complements her legal training and provides a valuable perspective when working with clients facing difficult and often highly personal legal matters.

Following her graduation from Loyola, Brianna sat for the Louisiana Bar Examination and is currently awaiting the results. In the meantime, she continues her work with The Fisher Law Firm, building upon nearly a decade of experience in the legal field. Brianna looks forward to beginning the next chapter of her career and, upon admission to the Louisiana Bar, advocating for clients as an attorney alongside the legal professionals who helped shape her career.
